National Work Zone Awareness Week
April 3 through April 7, 2017 is National Work Zone Awareness Week. Recent data has shown that work zone fatalities have increase in the past few years. In 2015, there were an estimated 700 fatalities in crashes that occurred in construction zones, the highest number since 2009.
