Title VI Policy

Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin in any program or activity that receives Federal funds or other Federal financial assistance. As a recipient of Federal transportation funds, KTMPO is required to create and implement a Title VI program for compliance purposes. The Title VI Plan provides an overview of the organization and details how the Title VI program will be implemented by KTMPO.

The 2018 KTMPO Title VI Plan was approved by Policy Board on March 14, 2018.
